 Dog breeds such as Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever, Husky, Pomeranian, Border Collie and many more, have what is called a "double coat." This means they have a dense undercoat of woolly-like hair that will be released several times a year and a harsh top coat that takes longer to grow. 

By using techniques like steam baths, de-shed shampoo and high velocity dryers, we are able to loosen the undercoat and remove what is coming out. This provides comfort to your dog, helps them regulate their body temperature properly and encourages a healthy skin and coat. By removing the dead undercoat, we also save you time at home when it comes to sweeping up all that shedding dog hair.

The most powerful spa treatment available, Nagayu CO2 hydrotherapy stimulates a dog's circulatory system. It is achieved through the use of carbonic acid, which activates cellular metabolism and accelerates the process of cell regeneration. With a couple sessions of CO2 showering, various skin problems may be improved.

 “Matting” refers to densely tangled clumps of fur in a pet's coat. If a coat is not properly and/or frequently brushed, loose and live hair becomes embedded in large masses. Sometimes mats can be combed out, but if left too long, it is impossible without seriously harming the animal. If the mat is impossible to brush out, the area will need to be shaved. A Dematting surcharge will be applied for brushing or shaving matted areas.
